We second guess every decision we make and every single thing we do with our children. Causing depression and/or anxiety to set in. For some, very severely. 🙋🏻‍♀️

People do mean well (I hope) when they offer advice and tell you what they did, or even what you should do differently. Some is helpful (like when it comes to safety things and you’re clearly doing something wrong), other things just cause way more stress and anxiety than is needed for that new mom.

Every single person has an opinion, but you know who’s matters most. Yours (and of course the fathers).

Mom guilt is real. Don’t let anyone cause any more stress or anxiety in your life.

Focus on that new precious little baby of yours. Hold them tight and love on them so much.
